Rifle Grid is an independent tournament organizer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision, Tencent Games, or Call of Duty: Mobile.

All game names, trademarks, logos, and images are the property of their respective owners. Our tournaments are fan-organized and meant purely for entertainment and community engagement.

2. Participation at Your Own Risk

By joining Rifle Grid tournaments, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are voluntarily participating in competitive online gaming.

• You understand the risks involved, including potential data loss, in-game bans if you break CODM rules, or connection issues.

• Rifle Grid is not responsible for any personal loss, technical issues, disqualifications, or bans that occur due to your actions, your connection, or the game platform’s decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, game account, and internet connection meet the requirements for fair play.

3. No Guarantee of Winnings

While Rifle Grid offers prize pools and payouts, we do not guarantee any winnings unless:

• You have met all eligibility criteria.

• You have followed all tournament rules without violations.

• You have provided accurate and verifiable account details for prize distribution.

We reserve the right to disqualify participants for rule violations, cheating, account sharing, or fraudulent behavior.

4. Payment Processing

All payments for entry fees are processed via PayPal. Rifle Grid does not handle or store your payment credentials.

Any issues related to payment processing (e.g., failed transactions, PayPal disputes) must be resolved directly with PayPal, as per their terms of service.

5. Rule Changes & Match Decisions

Rifle Grid reserves the right to:

• Change, modify, or cancel tournament rules or formats at any time for fairness or operational reasons.

• Make final decisions on match outcomes, disputes, or tie-breakers.

• Postpone or cancel tournaments due to unforeseen technical issues, player misconduct, or lack of participants.

Our decisions are final and binding to ensure smooth operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rifle Grid shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

• Loss of data, account access, or in-game purchases due to third-party actions or technical failures.

• Any harm resulting from interactions with other players.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Rifle Grid, its organizers, and partners from any claims or liabilities related to your use of our services.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement to participate (usually 18+, or as required by your local jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
